No, there is only one session.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience does not allow date changes.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to tip off, but you can arrive up to 60 minutes after the start of the game.
Is a ticket required to sit in the reserved area even if I'm not eating?
Yes, the reserved area is only for ticket holders. This includes children three years of age or older.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The experience can be enjoyed by deaf people as it is not reliant on hearing. ASL translators will not be on site.
Guests with limited vision and light perception may enjoy many of our Carnival-themed arcade games, which involve both visual and tactile elements. While some games may be less accessible to individuals who are blind or have no usable vision, all guests are welcome to enjoy our restaurant and the fun atmosphere of our venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
Dave & Buster's has many games that have flashing lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every ticketed guest. Please note that seating may be at shared tables to ensure everyone gets a great view of the game.
How can I sit with another party if we purchased tickets separately?
To be seated together as a group, it is recommended to purchase tickets under one transaction. However, if purchasing tickets separately, contact the store sales manager with your ticket number at least 48 hours prior to the event, and we will do our best to seat you together. While every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, this is not guaranteed if tickets are purchased separately.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement, however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21+.
